The following defined terms apply throughout this Agreement:

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible to register and maintain an active mm77 account, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform;
• Be a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is permitted by applicable law;
• Not be a resident of any Prohibited Jurisdiction;
• Not be a current employee, contractor, officer, or director of mm77, its affiliates, or any game provider operating on the platform;
• Not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether voluntarily imposed via mm77's tools or ordered by PAGCOR or another regulatory authority;
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law;
• Not be registered for or participating in any mm77 exclusion programme.

2.2 Registration Process

To create an mm77 account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and Philippine mobile number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes. mm77 reserves the right to request verification of any information provided at registration at any time.

2.3 KYC Verification

Before any withdrawal is processed, mm77 requires completion of its KYC verification process. This requires submission of:

• A valid, government-issued Philippine photo identification document (UMID, PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, SSS ID, or Voter's ID);
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or government document dated within the last three months);
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of your GCash account confirming the registered name matches your mm77 account name).

KYC verification typically completes within 18–24 hours of complete document submission. mm77 reserves the right to request additional documentation where necessary.

3.1 One Account Policy

Each individual may register and maintain only one active account on mm77. Registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited regardless of purpose. Where duplicate accounts are identified, mm77 will:

• Immediately suspend all associated accounts;
• Void and forfeit all bonus balances and winnings derived from bonus funds across all duplicate accounts;
• Process any legitimate real-money balance after deducting any amount derived from fraudulent or exploitative activity;
• Report the incident to PAGCOR where required by regulation.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your mm77 login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or account access with any third party. mm77 will treat any activity conducted through your account as having been authorised by you unless you notify us immediately of unauthorised access.

mm77 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. Despite mm77's security infrastructure — including 256-bit SSL encryption — you acknowledge that no online platform can guarantee absolute security, and you accept a degree of responsibility for your own account security.

3.3 Account Closure

You may request account closure at any time by contacting mm77's 24/7 live chat support. Where closure is requested, any real-money balance will be withdrawn to your verified payment method within five (5) business days. Account closure does not extinguish any outstanding obligations owed by either party at the time of closure.

3.4 Inactivity

Accounts with no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months are considered inactive. mm77 will notify you by email before classifying your account as inactive. Inactive accounts may be subject to an inactivity fee of up to ₱100 per month, deducted from the remaining real-money balance, until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

mm77 currently accepts deposits and withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank. mm77 reserves the right to add, remove, or modify available payment methods without prior notice.

4.2 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. There is no maximum deposit limit, though mm77 may impose limits on individual transactions in compliance with PAGCOR anti-money laundering regulations. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts will be refused and returned.

GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically credited to your mm77 balance within 60 seconds of transaction confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 30 minutes depending on your bank's processing times.

4.3 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. Withdrawal requests are processed only after:

• Full KYC verification has been completed and approved;
• All applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds have been met;
• Any pending security review has been resolved.

mm77 targets a processing time of 5–15 minutes for GCash and PayMaya withdrawals and 15–60 minutes for bank transfers from the moment of withdrawal request approval. These timelines are targets, not guarantees, and may be affected by third-party processing delays.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

mm77 complies with Philippine anti-money laundering laws and PAGCOR's AML requirements. mm77 reserves the right to delay, hold, or refuse any withdrawal where it has reasonable grounds to suspect money laundering, fraud, or suspicious financial activity. You may be required to provide additional documentation before such withdrawals are processed.

5.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on mm77 are subject to the general betting rules set out in this section as well as any game-specific rules displayed within each game. In the event of a conflict, game-specific rules prevail over these general rules. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable rules.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Bets

Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game and are displayed within each game interface before a bet is placed. mm77 reserves the right to modify bet limits at any time. Bets placed in excess of displayed maximums will be voided and the staked amount returned to your account balance.

5.3 Game Malfunction

In the event of a software, hardware, or network malfunction that affects game integrity, mm77 reserves the right to void all bets affected by the malfunction. In such cases, staked amounts will be returned to the relevant player accounts. mm77's decision in malfunction cases is final, subject to PAGCOR dispute procedures.

5.4 Sports Betting Rules

Sports bets on mm77 — including bets on PBA, NBA, UFC, boxing, football, and other markets — are subject to the specific sports betting rules available within the sports betting section of the platform. In-play bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the moment the bet is submitted and confirmed. Live odds fluctuate continuously; submitted bets will be accepted at the odds confirmed by the system, not the odds displayed after submission.

5.5 Bingo and Live Casino Rules

Bingo games and live casino tables (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, Dragon Tiger, Sic Bo) are operated under the rules displayed within each game room and are governed by the applicable game provider's certified rules. mm77 ensures that all live dealer games use certified random number generation and human-operated tables subject to ongoing audit.

6.1 General Bonus Terms

mm77 offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programmes, and free spins. All bonuses are subject to the terms set out in this section as well as any additional terms stated in the specific promotion's description.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before they — or any winnings derived from them — may be withdrawn. Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion's terms, bonus funds carry a minimum wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount. Only eligible games contribute to wagering requirements; the contribution rate for each game category is specified in the promotion terms.

6.3 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses have an expiry period that begins from the date the bonus is credited to your account. Bonuses not wagered within the specified period will be automatically forfeited without compensation. The expiry period for each bonus is stated in the relevant promotion terms.

6.4 Bonus Abuse

mm77 reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived from them, and to suspend or close an account, where it determines that a Player is abusing the bonus system. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times; placing low-risk bets across multiple outcomes to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal risk; exploiting technical errors in bonus crediting; and any activity that mm77 reasonably considers to constitute systematic exploitation of promotional offers.

6.5 Promotional Changes

mm77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is discontinued, all outstanding wagering requirements for bonuses already credited will remain subject to the terms in effect at the time the bonus was credited.

7.1 Responsible Gaming Commitment

mm77 is committed to providing a responsible gambling environment. We believe gambling should be a form of entertainment. When it stops being fun, it becomes a problem — and mm77 provides tools to help you stay in control.

7.2 Player-Controlled Tools

All mm77 account holders have access to the following responsible gaming tools in their Account Settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Reductions take effect immediately; increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period;
• Session Time Limits: Set maximum session durations after which you will be logged out automatically;
• Reality Check Reminders: Configure pop-up notifications at set intervals reminding you of your session duration and losses;
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days. During a cooling-off period, you cannot access gambling features but may withdraw any real-money balance;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or semi-permanently exclude yourself from mm77. Self-exclusion periods are a minimum of 6 months and may be set to indefinite. Requests for self-exclusion take effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

7.3 Seeking Help

If you believe your gambling has become problematic, mm77 strongly encourages you to make use of the self-exclusion tools available in your account and to seek professional support. mm77's support agents are trained to refer players to appropriate resources and will never attempt to discourage a player from self-excluding.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the mm77 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in legal action and referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any time during account use;
• Registering or using an account on behalf of a third party, or allowing a third party to use your account;
• Registering as a minor or allowing a minor to access your account;
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other mechanism to place bets, circumvent game mechanics, or interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human users;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches — whether to gain a financial advantage or not. Players must report any identified bugs to mm77 support immediately;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime using the mm77 platform;
• Attempting to circumvent mm77's AML procedures, KYC requirements, or PAGCOR regulatory requirements;
• Using VPN, proxy, or other tools to mask your geographic location or access mm77 from a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct toward mm77 staff or other players.

All content on the mm77 platform — including but not limited to the mm77 brand name and logo, website design, game interfaces, text, graphics, software, data compilations, and all other materials — is the exclusive property of mm77 or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the mm77 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, or redistribute any mm77 content;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from any mm77 software;
• Create derivative works based on mm77 content;
• Use mm77's brand name, logo, or trademarks without prior written authorisation.

Any unauthorised use of mm77's intellectual property may result in legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations, mm77 shall not be liable for:

• Any losses or damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the mm77 platform where such inability is caused by factors outside mm77's reasonable control, including telecommunications outages, internet disruptions, or force majeure events;
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform;
• Losses arising from a malfunction where the malfunction has been corrected and bets voided in accordance with Section 5.3;
• Any financial losses resulting from your gambling activity on mm77 — you acknowledge that gambling involves inherent financial risk and that losses are a foreseeable outcome of participation;
• Any action taken in accordance with these Terms & Conditions, including account suspension or bonus forfeiture following detection of prohibited conduct.

Nothing in this Agreement limits mm77's liability for death or personal injury caused by mm77's negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

11.1 Governing Law

This Agreement and all matters arising out of or related to your use of mm77 shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, including the applicable PAGCOR regulatory framework.

11.2 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute relating to your mm77 account, a specific game outcome, or any aspect of this Agreement, you should first contact mm77's customer support team via 24/7 live chat or at [email protected]. mm77 commits to acknowledging all formal disputes within 48 hours and providing a resolution decision within 14 business days.

If a dispute is not resolved satisfactorily through mm77's internal process, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through the PAGCOR official complaint channel. mm77 will cooperate fully with any PAGCOR-initiated investigation or dispute review.

11.3 Language

This Agreement is written in English. In the event of any ambiguity or inconsistency between this English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.

mm77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, mm77 will provide reasonable notice via email to your registered address and/or by posting a prominent notice on the mm77 website at mm77.vu.

Your continued use of the mm77 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 3.3.
